How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for deliveries to all capital cities in Australia and most regional areas unless otherwise indicated. However, if you live in a really remote corner of the country or an obscure provence or territory then please contact us first.

How long will it take?
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated using Australia Post's regular parcel post service which takes 2+ days depending on where you live in Australia and various other factors only known to Australia Post.

Overseas orders are anyone's guess, but allow a few weeks at least.

Can I view the work first?
Yes. Just contact us to arrange a studio visit.

Can I return it if it doesn't match my couch?
Yes. As long as the work is returned within 28 days in it's original condition. You'll need to cover postage though.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will only collect the minimum personal information required to complete your purchase. We won't do anything stupid with it, share it or sell it to anyone else except as required by law and the terms of Big Cartel who provide the shopping cart service. We would however like to add you to our mailing list to let you know about important news etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to be added to the mailing list or alternatively you can unsubscribe at any time.

Security
The Stockroom is a hosted service provided by Big Cartel. You can pay with PayPal or Credit Card. We don't see any of your sensitive financial info - it's all handled by BigCartel.
